The Crestwood offers condominium comfort, excellent ski-in /ski-out convenience, breathtaking scenery and unmatched hospitality. At the base of the Snowmass Ski area The Crestwood is comprised of 140 condominiums. Each condominium is privately owned, tastefully decorated offering you the enjoyment and comforts of home, with a bath for every bedroom. All condominiums have fully equipped kitchens, fireplaces, two TV's, VCR, dual port telephones with a private direct dial line, wireless internet, private balconies with gas BBQ grill and free laundry facilities in each building.
At The Crestwood you will feel more than comfortable, you will feel right at home.
The Crestwood has three condo rate categories available. The Crestwood individual condominiums are rated as Premier, Deluxe or Standard. These ratings are based on interior décor only. The location or view has no reference to these ratings.

Premier condos are superior in all respects with a well-coordinated decorative theme reflecting current styles for mountain condominiums and superior amenities. The Premier units will represent a significant investment by the individual condominium owner.

Deluxe condos have predominantly newer and higher quality furnishings with a well-coordinated decorative theme reflecting current styles for mountain condominiums. These condos meet high standards of décor and upkeep.

Standard condos have been upgraded from the original but are very basic in the upgrade and furnishings. Kitchens and bathrooms will have been remodeled and furnishings and carpeting will have been replaced. These condos are excellent for those looking for a more economical vacation.

Room Descriptions

STUDIO
The studio is a single room with an efficiency kitchen and a bath. Most studios DO NOT have a balcony or fireplace. This is ideal for a single or couple. Maximum occupancy is two people.

ONE BEDROOM
Recommended for a couple or a family of three. Maximum occupancy is four people.

ONE BEDROOM/LOFT
Has the same floor plan as a one-bedroom, with the addition of spacious sleeping loft containing two or three beds. There is a bath adjoining the bedroom and at least a 3/4 bath in the loft. These are ideal for a family of three to five, or two to four singles. Maximum occupancy is six people.

TWO BEDROOM
Has the same floor plan as a one-bedroom unit, with an additional bedroom and bath. Most have a queen bed in one bedroom with the second bedroom having one or two beds. These units are nice for two couples, a family of three to five, or two to four singles. Maximum occupancy is six people.

THREE BEDROOM
Has the same floor plan as the two bedroom with three separate bedrooms and three bathrooms. This unit is recommended for three singles, three couples or a family of four to six. Maximum occupancy is eight people.

THREE BEDROOM LOFT
This is a two story townhouse with three separate bedrooms and three bathrooms. The plus is a fourth sleeping area on the second level or a loft above the living room. The three bedroom plus has a living room, dining room and kitchen, third bedroom and bathroom on the second level and a loft above the living room. This is the largest condominium on offer and is ideal for a large family, four to six singles, three couples, or two small families.
