One of the most popular townhome complexes nestled in the cedars at the base of the ski resort - just a 5 minute walk to the lifts and ski-in at the end of the day. It is the perfect place for a carefree family vacation with room for up to 8 guests. The main floor is an open concept with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a beautiful cozy living room with gas fireplace. One floor up, you will find 3 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom features a King sized bed and private en suite. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have Queen sized beds with a shared bathroom. There is a private hot tub located on the deck off these bedrooms. The lower level den features a Tri-Bunk (twin over double), and a Foosball table! There is a bathroom on this level as well as the laundry room.

Three Bedroom + Den Townhome - Polar Peak

Ski down to this 3-bedroom Polar Peak townhome located among the cedars. Just a 5 minute walk to the lifts in the morning, these townhomes are in a block of 4, so there is plenty of privacy. A great choice for larger families or two small families, this vacation rental is a split level with room to spread out. Updates in the past few years include new flooring on the entire first floor, new carpet in the lower level, new kitchen granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fresh paint throughout, and a warmer/dryer for up to six pairs of ski boots. The main level features a river rock gas fireplace in the open plan living / dining area. Open the door and step out onto your private balcony complete with gas grill. The 3-bedrooms, located on the upper level, include a king, and two queens. The master bedroom (with the king) also has an en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom and a large walk out balcony. The landing is spacious and provides an additional space for family members to spread out. Alternately, utilize the upstairs sofa pullout for additional sleeping space. On the lower level of Polar Peak 11 in the den guests will find a set of twin bunks plus an additional twin bed. There is also a full bathroom and laundry machines. This property has four flat screen televisions (first floor, landing, master bedroom and lower level) DVDs, basic cable, a gaming system, plus complimentary WiFi.

Polar Peak Lodges is a family-friendly complex with strict noise, smoking and parking policies. Guests are required to adhere to quiet time after 11pm and there is absolutely no smoking in the townhome or on the decks. Parking passes are required to park at the complex and will be given out at check-in.
