THE SKIING
An average of twenty-nine feet of light, feathery powder falls here every winter, covering Fernie's legendary super steeps and creating extreme skiing that is the stuff of dreams. Fernie is by no means only for the elite - novice and intermediate riders will love the big, wide open runs that are groomed nightly. The cruising doesn't get any softer or smoother.
