Property Description

Nestled in a quiet location in East Vail, the Vail Racquet Club Mountain Resorts 20 acres border the White River National Forest and Gore Creek meanders in and around the grounds. The property offers a quaint, quiet alternative to guests that prefer not to be in the hustle and bustle of the Village.

One, two and three bedroom condos surround the extensive open park area in free standing, 3-story Alpine buildings. A foot path and bridge over Gore Creek leads to the townhome area of the grounds (all 3 bedrooms). All units on the property are individually decorated and quality controlled by the Vail Valley Chamber with a high Gold rating.

Blue’s Restaurant & Bar is on-site and serves dinner nightly.

Since resort parking is free, guests are encouraged to take Vail's free shuttle service to the slopes. With 2 convenient stops on the property, guests are shuttled every 15-20 minutes in ski season to the base of Vail Village. This shuttle ride takes approximately 20 minutes.

The full service health club and extensive amenities are complimentary to all resort guests. This includes free-weight, cardio and circuit rooms, fitness classes, year-round heated pool, 2 large hot tubs (one adult only) and locker rooms with steam and sauna.

Condos and Townhomes alike are all full sized with living and dining areas. Meaning guests have a full kitchen with all the items needed to cook meals. The living area has a fireplace or stove as well as a pull out sofa sleeper ideal for extra bedding for children.

1 BEDROOM
The One-Bedroom vacation rental condo has a private master bedroom with one queen bed, one bathroom and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living area. At 576 square feet, the One Bedroom Condo has a max occupancy of 4 guests.

Units located on the first, second or third levels of walk up buildings
A fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room/area
Fireplace (or the like) in the living area
No added fees for additional guests
Max occupancy of 4 guests but there is only one bed
Sleeper Sofa or an air mattress in most units

2 BEDROOM
Each of the 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos available for a vacation rental are situated on one level within 874 square feet. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom will have either a queen or two twin beds. The bathroom serving this bedroom is typically a hall bath. Be sure to note what bedding you?d prefer in the second bedroom. The living area will have a pull out sofa sleeper as well allowing for a max occupancy of 6 guests. We suggest no more than 4.
